Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
1. Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can follow this guide to check that: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-2-check-the-cron-job
In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.
If the cron jobs are working, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending, and check if there is a pending Scheduled Action:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
If yes, run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.
2. Go to Rank Math > Instant Indexing > IndexNow API settings > API Key > Change key
Then, clear the website cache and try submitting URLs.
Hope that helps.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Doing that Anas Bhai…

Hello Anas!
I did what you’ve directed But the RAnkmath Analytics result is still ZERO. What should I do further?
Here’re the screenshots:

Problem No. 02 Result
I Changed the Key, then cleared the Cache and after submitting the URL, the result is the same once again. [Moved to sensitive data section]
So both the issues, I submitted the Ticket for, are still EXISTING!

Hello,
Please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:

Then, edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Salam.
Just checked your reply. I am checking for that, will also provide the login details But please make sure to set up the Rankmath fully and respond here as soon as possible after getting my site’s login details!
Gratitudes
Hello,
I tried fetching the data but it is not getting fetched.
Please share a screenshot of the last 30 days of Organic Traffic from your Google Search Console and Analytics.
Also, please increase the validity of the login link.
We look forward to helping you.
Hello!
I’m waiting for your response for 18 hours brother!
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
The cron jobs on your website are not working.

Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to fix the WP-Cron issue. You can share this link with them:
https://github.com/johnbillion/wp-crontrol/wiki/Problems-with-spawning-a-call-to-the-WP-Cron-system#curl-error-28-operation-timed-out-after-3000-milliseconds-with-0-bytes-received
Without this working correctly our plugin can’t correctly fetch the data from Google.
We look forward to helping you.
Can you please explain, how to fix the WP-cron issue in hosting? I would be grateful!
