    Rank Math free

    Hello,

I am finding on ALL of the websites running Rank Math that we need to keep reconnecting the sites to Google Analytics after updates. It is extremely frustrating and a lot of extra work. We switched from Yoast because of the tools available, but we really can’t keep reconnecting every site we work on to analytics after each update you have. That is nuts.

We didn’t realize the sites were disconnected until we had to run a report for someone and most of the data was missing. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

    17 different sites
    4 different hosting companies
All sites are different from e-com to basic blogs

Please provide some feedback as to why this issue is occurring and if there is an easy fix to the issue. We would prefer to stay with Rank Math if we can, but, we are leaning towards switching every site back to Yoast even though it is a clunky software.

    Thank you,

    Colin

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please check if your Scheduled actions/Cron jobs are working properly on your website? The CRON job is responsible for Rank Math’s auto fetching of data from Google.

You may also check it by installing WP Control plugin and see if the cron jobs are working or not. WP Control plugin can show this type of notice or a different one if the cron is not working:

If the cron jobs are not working, you may need to contact your web host and enable WP Cron Jobs on your website/server.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
