Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked your website and the Analytics tracking code is not installed. Please refer to my screenshot here: https://i.rankmath.com/ZNz2kb
First of all, you need to ensure that you are using Universal Analytics property for the tracking code to work. Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/
After that, please head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and ensure that the option “Install analytics code” is enabled.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Just run the setup wizard again. Do I need to keep the Analytic option from Rank Math open? I had closed it because I am on the free version at the moment and it is not giving much value.
I have turned the Analytics feature now. Also, activated “install analytics code” and connected with the Gmail id. Could you check once?
Hello,
Looking at the source code of the page we don’t see the code installed from Rank Math available.
If you have connected your GA3 property and have enabled that option please clear the caching completely from the website to make sure that this is not caused by a caching issue.
Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Cleared the cache also, it’s not working.
Hello,
I checked the page source of your website, the Analytics code is added in the page source:

To check on your end, you can open view-source:https://yourdomain.com/ and search for gtag.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Yes, the code is there. Thanks!
for anyone looking to resolve same issue, after you turn on the analytics feature in rank math, it takes some time to appear on your website.
Hello,
We are glad the issue is resolved.
