Good pages are displayed with a N/A score when filter by them

    Hi,
    I’m contacting you because i’ve a weird issue. In my Dashboard >> Pages if i filter all pages with “SEO Score Good” , all results are displayed as N/A. The issue doesn’t occurs if i don’t use the fiter (so display all pages), filter with Score SEO ok” or “Score SEO bad”. It also doesn’t occurs with posts.

    In Rank Math Tools i’ve tried to delete transient, purge and Update SEO scores. I’ve also tried to fix statistic table ranking but that doesn’t detect any error.

    It’s not a major issue and block to optimize pages but in some circumstances it’s useful to be able to display them.

    Since you’ve already tried deleting transients, purging, and updating SEO scores without success, it might be beneficial to recalculate the SEO scores for all your published posts and pages. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and clicking on the Recalculate Scores option. This process will help ensure that all scores are updated correctly.

    Hello,

    We were not able to replicate the issue on our end. In this case, this issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.

    Hi,

    Thanks for help. I’ve followed the instructions and in troubleshoot mode, with the default theme (instead of Astra i’m using), just with Rank Math activated (and all others plugins desactivated), there is the issue. Just in case i’ve tried to reinstall WordPress but that hasn’t changed nothing.

    However i’ve found a workaround. When i’ve filtered by Score SEO Good, if i click on “SEO Details” to rank by higher good score to lower good score, suddenly all green scores are displayed. But if leave and use the filter again, that comes back on N/A.
