You can however easily fix this by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools, click on the Database Tools and do the following steps:
Clear SEO Analysis.
Remove Transients
Clear Cache
Rebuild Index.

Also, do a hard refresh on your browser to clear any cached JS and data.
Then try to disconnect the google account from Rank Math Analytics and connect it again.

Sorry for the confusion. If you don’t want to set Global Meta as Index then you will have to set it as Noindex and save the changes. If you just untick the index and save the settings then it will not take effect.
At least one option should be selected to save the settings.
