    Why is it not possible for the opengraph image to also cover LinkedIn?
    LinkedIn is our primary SoMe so it would be very helpful if there would be a photo thumpnail when sharing a link on a LinkedIn post.

    Is there a way to make it happen???

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    LinkedIn uses the OpenGraph tags (the same as Facebook) but they don’t honor them always, sometimes it picks up image from within the content.

    You can see it yourself on their debug tool:

    As you can see, they are ignoring the og:image and picking up the image from oEmbed.

    This is something we are working on improving and an update will be provided very soon to “fix” this issue.
