However, please note that if you are using a page builder not supported by Rank Math yet, then you would need to contact the developer of that page builder by showing them the following link: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
This will allow Rank Math to read the contents from your page properly.
If that is not the case, please confirm if you are using shortcodes to add content to your site?

Please note that when you are using Elementor as your page builder, you should always rely on the score from inside Elementor’s visual builder because when you are in the default WordPress editor, there are some shortcodes that are not readable from Elementor and the discrepancy can happen.
The correct score is the one shown in Elementor and you will have to update the post in the Elementor editor to save the correct score.

It hasn’t happened on an almost identical site same builder also using rank math.

This behavior isn’t new as it has always been the case. When using Elementor, Rank Math’s Content Analysis should only be done inside the Elementor editor, as the Classic or Block Editor cannot read Elementor’s shortcode-based content accurately. Running the test outside Elementor can lead to inaccurate or lower scores.
Please ensure all updates are saved from within the Elementor builder for accurate results.
