  • Hello,

We apologize for the issues you are facing with the warning messages on your client’s website. The warnings you mentioned, such as "Undefined array key" and "Attempt to read property on null," typically indicate that there may be a conflict with the theme or another plugin, or that certain expected data is not available.

To address these warnings, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Update Plugins and Themes: Ensure that all your plugins and themes are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, these warnings can be resolved with updates that fix compatibility issues.
    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts: You can follow our troubleshooting guide to identify if another plugin is causing the issue. Deactivate all plugins except Rank Math and see if the warnings persist. If they do not, reactivate each plugin one by one to find the culprit.
    3. Review Your Settings: Check the settings in Rank Math, especially in the Schema settings for products, to ensure everything is configured correctly.
    4. Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins or server-side caching, clear the cache after making changes.

If the issue continues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it.
