Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the website error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.
You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I’m getting this error after activating the Instant indexing plugin when I’m publishing/updating any article:

I got these details somehow:

Let me know if this can help you to find out the solution. 🙂
Hello,
That doesn’t help pinpoint the exact issue since it doesn’t show the exact error message.
The error log should be available to you if you request it from your hosting provider and that would have the accurate message showing the error.
With that, we can pinpoint the exact issue and advise further on how to resolve the issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hi there, I am getting the same error. Here’s my error log, below.
I just migrated a site and realized that from a search and replace, the serialized fields in the database may not have updated correctly. I have no idea if that could be related, but everything else seems fine with the site except saving pages.

Yep, serialization must have been it.
For others who might find this helpful, sorry if it’s a bit technical:
I used Better Search Replace (you could also use the WP command-line interface, if you have access to it) to replace all instances of my domain in all tables except the options table (changes there could have prevented me from logging in). Then I replaced them again, to revert the search and replace — thus fixing any serialization issues.
