If not set/modified on the page, the title and description use the settings from Rank math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages in Single post title and description.

Hello Felix,
We are sorry but that is not possible – not without using custom code. You can hire a coder and ask them to use rank_math_title meta key to pull the title set in Rank Math.
