Hi,
I use the Rank Math Free. When I try to use “Generate with AI” nothing happens and Rank Math displays: “Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance”.
In the Rank Matrh account I have 750 credits but in the site I have 689 credits.
I tried refreshing credits, also disconnesting the site but nothing helped so far. Can you advise some more how to fix this one.

Ensure Correct Account Login: Make sure you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that holds the 750 credits. You can verify this by visiting your Rank Math account at this link.

Check Credit Allocation: If the credit count is correct in your Rank Math account but not on your website, please try the following:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are some screenshots for reference:

Refresh Credits Again: After reconnecting, head back to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and clicking the refresh icon.
