Sorry for the issue you are facing.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

No conflict…
It was your plugin issue…
Happened due to roll back…
My other site is working fine…
I reset the plugin and begin new setup completely, after removing plugin data….
It’s fine now…
I restore a backup and then…
One option disappeared because I restored old plugin backup…
Plz let me know how to bring back New Analytics option with green dot, present above Gerenal settings option….
It’s showing on other sites with same theme and plugin…
Your plugin roll back caused it and reinstalling fix issue but restoring old plugin backup again cause the options to disappear
