    Hi team,

    I want to try out the Content AI credits and learnt that you provide 5 credits on the free version. It shows as 0 on my account and I haven’t used any so far. Can you please check what’s wrong and add them back so I can given them a go?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.

    connect account

    If that doesn’t help you, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    Hi there, on my RM account itself the credits show as 0.

    Hello,

    With the Free account, you get 5 credits.

    It shows 0/5 because you have not used any credits.

    Once you use 1 credit, the counter will increase to 1/5 and so on.

    Please follow the steps mentioned by my colleague above to refresh the credits on your website.
