When you create an account as a new paid subscriber of our plugin (PRO, Business & Agency), you should receive a one-time allocation of Content AI credits. However, if you do not see these credits, it may be due to not being logged into the correct account or another issue.
Please ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription. You can check your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account page here.
If you still do not see your credits after confirming your account, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
