To troubleshoot the issue, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account where you purchased your Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting your Rank Math account here: Rank Math Account.
If the credits are showing correctly in your account but not on your website, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect your Rank Math account and then reconnect it.

After reconnecting, head back to Content AI and refresh the credits count again to ensure the plugin requests the updated credits from our server.

If you still do not see your credits after following these steps, please reply to this ticket with your website URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

We can see you’ve already used all the free credits for this month. The credits will auto-replenish on 10 Jun 2025.

Please note that when you exhaust your credits in a month, you have the following options:
– You can wait till next month for the credits to replenish
– You can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan
– If you already have the highest plan, then you can reset your credits for the remainder of that month by paying a nominal one-time fee

We checked the transactions, and we can see that on the 28th of May, the credits were consumed between the paragraph rewrite and the text summarizer we have on our Content AI feature.
