Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know how that goes.
We’re looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Heck I can’t even enable rankmath in troubleshooting mode
https://drive.google.com/file/d/12tj5PlTXJC3stTnUl1aZuVOfuEymyMFM/viewHello,
Thank you for the update.
If the troubleshooting plugin is not working properly on your site, you can also create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live.
This will also avoid your site getting any issues upon checking for a plugin/theme conflict manually.
Here is a guide that could be really useful for you on how to create a staging site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
You can also share the staging site logins in the sensitive data section for us to check further
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Gentlemen,
it is three days later and it cost me $200 to get a staging set up. my host was unable to help me and I had to switch to a new host which supports staging and WordPress and woocommerce.
unfortunately, the mobile site and AMP still do not work which frustrates me to no end.
But you told me that you would fix it for me if I got stuck. Well, I am drowning.the staging account is located at staging2.magicalduck.com
if you send me an e-mail address I will immediately add you as administrator and next I will pray that you can resolve this problem
if you go to a mobile device, I use a Samsung Galaxy note10, and go to magicalduck.com you will see the first error. If you deactivate the plugin Bevro Pro and go to a product on the mobile device and try to add the product to the cart you will see the second error. these were not there before I activated AMP.Please, Please help me
MichaelHello,
Thank you for the update, and apologies for any inconvenience.
Have you already contacted the development team of the bevro-pro plugin about this issue? I’ve checked the error and it is pointing to their plugin.
However, you can use
s******@r***********for the email address and share the login information in the sensitive data section.Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
at this time I have de4activated the Bevro Pro and I sent you a user request. thank you for your help
Hello,
Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked and figured out that you were using the Reader template in the AMP settings for your AMP pages. This was causing some conflict with your theme’s module. Even if you deactivate the Rank Math the page will not work and throw an error.
However, I checked further and set the AMP template to Transitional, and disabled the preloader on your staging site. Now you can check that the AMP page is working fine. You can get this conflict resolved by contacting your theme developers. They will be able to fix this.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
if it works why not leave it as is. I deactivated Bevro plus and do not see any problem on the site. If aMP works and the mobile works as well as the website then I should be happy. Just to tell you I am a solo shop and I am 75, so I do not have a developer and have to ask for help from most.
as long as you got it working I will deploy it and be happy
do you agree?Hello,
Thanks for getting back.
Yes, you can simply keep the Bevro Pro plugin deactivated if you think it’s of no use. Or you can use the settings I suggested to make it work with the AMP version without contacting the dev team of your theme.
You can choose either way that you find easy for you to apply on your site.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Thank you , here is one more, different question. I have 500+ url’s that are far too long. If I shorten them all at once will I lose all my backlinks pointing to those pages?
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Well, this simply depends on how you will do the shortening of your links. It is recommended that you use a shortener that performs a 301 redirect to your URLs.
A 301 response tells the browser that the requested resource has permanently moved to the new URL that is being redirected.
Therefore you will not lose any link juice as these types of links will be then followed back by search engines which entails that some value will eventually pass through them.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
