This ticket was clearly initiated from a different account with the name of “Tim Trott” and only that account has access to edit the first post of this thread.
If you have any error logs to share with us you can do so by opening a ticket that is initiated from this account and you will have access to the sensitive data section to share all the info.
Our support runs through this forum and we cannot request access to other platforms and perform the support requests from there.
Because you don’t have access to the sensitive data section of this ticket because of the issue we mentioned we are going to close this ticket and you can open a new one with this account and share the error log in the sensitive data section of that ticket.
