I uninstalled and deleted RankMath but the error remains.
I really don’t like this support function.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If removing the Rank Math plugin still shows the issue, I would recommend further checking this one with your contact form plugin. Furthermore, you can make use of this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I use Contact7 on all my web sites (dozens). That is not the problem.
I contacted my server host -LiquidWeb and they don’t see a server problem. That’s not the problem.
I opened a pastebin account and I get nothing but errors on that page so I can’t send you the error log information. That doesn’t work.The PasteBin web site is crammed full of spam links and fake download links and other trash.
START START DOWNLOAD START START Pastebin is a total garbage web site.I created a paste (cyberchute) but I have no idea what to do after that.
This is not an adequate support function.
I have several other web sits with the same identical plugins, including RankMaths and Contact7 and WordFence. Identical, except one does not work right.
I’m being bombarded with emaisl from RankMath SEO, all of which appear to be the same.

I see “reply” in my first post but not an “edit”. I do not see “not resolved”. I can’t share the error log, the server log continues to show “rankmaths” in the error message even after turning off RankMaths and deleting it. I have a book release date in one week and we have already lost one week.
This is very frustrating and unfortunate. This is not an effective support mechanism. I would very strongly recommend using HESK Help Desk. I’m not sure what you would see in admin of my web site. As I indicated, I have most of a dozen web sites with both Contact7 and RankMaths working together with no problem. I don’t understand why RankMaths appears in the error log after it has been disabled and deleted.

For us to provide a proper solution for this, we would like to investigate the issue first by accessing your admin dashboard and your error logs. In addition to that, I tried installing Contact Form 7 on my end and I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

There is no “edit” on the screen that I see. I would send you a screen print of what I am seeing, but this forum does not provide for that.
The Pastepin site keeps trying to install a Firefox Plugin, tries to get me to download some software, shows tons of ads, and does not look anything like what you are trying to instruct me to do.
I can’t make Rank Math work, I can’t get it to go away (uninstall/delete) so I reinstalled it, I disabled all other plugins, but the problem remains. I can’t send you the error log, I can’t give you the login securely, I can’t make sense of your instructions.
So now what?
I don’t understand what you are directing with the arrow to the “edit” that does not exist on my side.

This is totally crazy. I CLEARLY initiated this ticket. Who else would? I followed instructions from Bhanu. He had me switch to advanced mode and rebuild databases, which was clearly indicated from the error log information which I tried to provide to you a week and 14+ messages ago, but that didn’t work either. I keep getting pieces of the puzzle, days apart, and it’s difficult for me to string it all together.
I asked him to request admin access using MY support portal at https://support.cyberchute.com, but that request was not followed so far. You can either make that request and see it for yourself ….or we can continue this adventure for a few weeks.
So now you want me to create another support ticket so we can go on and on again?
By the way, the contact form still does not function and I have two days before the pre-release of the book that depends on contact through this web site.
