Rank math usually encodes characters that are not UTF-8 alphanumeric. These are however understood clearly by crawlers including Google bot. If you test your URL with Google rich results test tool, you will see the characters are decoded and shown as Vietnamese language characters, here is a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/0JrZjr
