I’m currently outside the city and don’t have all my resources with me. The Rank Math Business account is linked to a different email, which is managed by my business manager. He informed me that he can oversee multiple clients and is managing the account by himself.

Sorry, but you can’t use two Rank Math accounts for a single website. This means that if your agency’s Rank Math account is connected to your website to use the Business plan, you can’t use the Content AI you purchased, as it was purchased for a different account – and the other way around.
What we can do here is transfer the Content AI subscription you purchased to your agency’s Rank Math account and allocate those AI credits only to your website.
Let us know if you prefer that method.
Yes, we cannot use the two accounts on a single purchase, which is why I was asking you to please upgrade my Rank Math Free license to a Business license. This will allow me to use the Content AI feature easily.
For a smoother workflow and long-term convenience, I would appreciate it if you could offer me a discounted price for the Business license. This way, I can buy an additional plan under my email and use it on both websites associated with that email.
Additionally, if I purchase the Rank Math Business license but do not upgrade it after one year, and then decide to upgrade the Content AI after a year, will I still be able to use Rank Math Business services on the website where it is already installed, with Content AI functioning?

I’d like to make things easier for you. Could you please merge my current starter AI subscription with a new Rank Math Pro subscription? The new subscription includes 7,500 credits for a year, and I’m happy to use them to add more keywords and track a wider range of keywords for a better understanding of my websites.
I’d also like to upgrade the subscription to pro and get the differential invoice so I can pay the remaining amount and upgrade my account to Rank Math Pro. The pro subscription costs $6.99 per month, and I’ve already paid for that.
