    I’m writing to follow up on my monthly AI credits. As per my subscription, I should receive 7,500 AI credits at the beginning of each new billing cycle. However, I’ve noticed that the new credits for this month have not yet been added to my account.

    Could you kindly check and confirm why the credits haven’t been reflected yet? A new month has already started, and I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible so I can continue using the AI tools without interruption.
