    It seems that you are using the Rank Math PRO plugin but you have created this ticket using your Free account. Can you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription so we can verify it first?

    I tested the URL you shared and I didn’t find any schema being added. Please make sure you have activated the Schema Module. You may check that in Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules:

    Once you’ve activated it, please let us know if works or not.

    I’m unable to find any pages/post where you have applied the FAQ schema, so I’ve added a test schema to your post. Please refer to the screencast attached in the sensitive data section.

    If I’m missing some steps to replicate the issue or there’s an affected URL, please let us know so we can investigate the issue further.

    Regarding your account, we can merge both of your accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account. Please confirm which is your preferred email address in the sensitive data section and we will do the needful.

    I am currently using in the FAQ divi module. I attached an image.

    Hello,

    If you check the database and look for the page affected by this you’ll see the post_content doesn’t include the Divi shortcodes for the accordion so we bypass the Schema because we cannot find those as well.

    In this case, it seems an issue with Divi saving the data into the database and we recommend getting in touch with them about this situation.
