Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I logged into your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue. Upon further investigating, I found that the issue is only with the existing posts and the new posts are updating the Meta info. without any issue. Also, the pages are saving the data properly.
You can have a look at the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please allow me to forward the issue to our dev. team for further investigation. We will get back to you shortly.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
Thanks. It’s crucial I share this post online ASAP but unfortunately I am unable to share as the meta description is incorrect. Is there a way to fix this in the meantime while I wait to hear a response from the Dev team? Thanks again.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
At the moment I have checked your site and was able to replicate the issue. The issue seems to be caused by some error thrown on the console tab with status code 418. See this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/bPJNSN.
This is normally caused by the apache/PHP mod_security module within your hosting. Upon further inspection, you seem to be using DreamHost which is known for this issue as well.
As of now the recommended way to have this solved is to contact your web host on the issue.
Also, you may want to check within your host setting if you have the option for Extra Web Security checked in the DreamHost control panel for this domain. If so try turning it off to see if this resolves your issue here.’
In case this does not resolve with your host provider, we will have this checked by our product development team if the issue could be coming from our end.
Let us know how this goes. We are looking forward to helping you.
