We apologize for the back and forth emails, however, in order to troubleshoot and properly check the configuration and integration, we need to access to your FTP server (File Transfer Protocol) or any other file manager that your web hosting has in place along with cPanel/phpMyAdmin access.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I was able to check that the issue is being caused by the WooCommerce Product Attachment plugin. If you disable the plugin then the focus keyword and metadata are saved without any issues.
Please get in touch with the support of the WooCommerce Product Attachment plugin and inform them about the issue as they will be able to resolve this from their end.
