Focus Keywords do not appear on website

    Hi,

    I hope you’re well.

    I’ve been using Elementor to build my website and struggling to add keywords to an Archive type page for a long time.

    So, as such feature is not available from RankMath, I’ve decided to add them manually using custom code.

    When I then inspected the archive page on the front end to see if the keywords were there, I managed to find them. But then when I inspected any other page where I’ve added keywords using RankMath, these were not showing on the website code.

    Could you please help me understand what’s happening?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with adding keywords to your content.

    If I understand correctly, you have added meta keywords to your archive pages and would also like to add them to the rest of your pages. Rank Math does not support adding meta keywords to a page as they have no SEO benefit. You will have to use a different plugin if you still want to add them to your page.

    So just to get it clear, if the meta keyword has no SEO benefit, I believe the Focus Keyword option available on RankMath also does not have any SEO benefit. It is there only for guidance.

    The keywords entered on the focus keyword field are used for the Rank Math tests and to calculate the SEO score, it is used to give you a to-do list of things you can do to optimize your website.
