focus keyword not working

    Hey guys, I see similar threads, but not an answer I can work with.

    Since the last two updates to the plugin, the focus keyword is not working for me.

    When I put a keyword in it either doesn’t update the scores, says NAN/100, or removes the META description and puts a star next to the keyword.

    Either way, nothing is working. I haven’t changed anything since this started happening. I use very few plugins; contact form 7, easy table of contents, monsterinsights, imagify, headers & footers, tablepress, and W3 total cache.

    Any help appreciated, thanks.

    Hi Phil,

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Please let me know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
