I have new posts created using a WP User Frontend form. These posts are not able to save the focus keywords. Tried multiple times but it does not save the keywords on these posts.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your screencast link in the designated Sensitive Data section.

May I know if you have conducted the plugin conflict test as mentioned by my colleague in the first reply? If not yet, please conduct the troubleshooting guide and make sure you have the latest version of Rank Math Installed before doing so.
If you have conducted the test but the issue is still there, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
