Focus keyword issue..

    Greetings.. so lets say our website is about car rental service in Dubai. and our website using WooCommerce and WordPress.

    On the product category page, I thought of inserting focus keywords “jeep rental”, but I am just curious if this keyword is enough for our site to appear in search results, or should I go for something which also mention location like “jeep rental dubai” OR “jeep rental in Dubai” in order to get more traffic.. I suppose our website will appear only if search term include “dubai” or am I wrong?

    But there is problem with two keywords (having Dubai) to achieve 100% points. incase i go with “jeep rental dubai” the title and meta desc does not looks okay with having “jeep rental dubai” in it.

    If I go with keyword “jeep rental in Dubai” the URL does not looks okay to me.. http://www.sitename.com/cars-rental/JEEP-RENTAL-IN-DUBAI/

    what do you guys suggest?
