Focus Keyword doesn’t seem to be recognized

    Hello,

    I’m refering to the issue I reported (with a support ticket) on May 25./26.(depending on the time zone)
    I received a reply on May 28:

    It seems that there are no stats to show right now.

    If you can see the site data in your Search Console and Analytics accounts, but not here, then try reconnecting your account and make sure that the correct properties are selected in the Analytics Settings.

    I tried but with no success.
    Since there was no link for a reply, I replied to Bhanu on May 28:

    To me it all seems to be alright.

    Reconnecting didn’t seem to help.
    Any other ideas?

    Bhanu wrote back today (May 30), asking me to open a suport ticket…

    So this is the new support ticket.

    Is there (in my rank math account) any way to review the communication and support tickets, like a history? So far nothing shows there.

    Hello,

    You can try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser and see if it works fine after that. If the issue persists, you will have to switch to another browser like Firefox or Chrome to use the plugin without any issues.
