I am using Elementor, and still yoast seo active, but could that be the problem?

I can disable Yoast SEO. But will I be able to make changes to meditech SEO tag, URL slug excetera through rank math? I did not see the ability to make changes on the dashboard. Thanks

Yes, you can update your SEO meta tags using Rank Math’s meta box upon editing your pages. Here’s a link for more information:

For the URL slug, Rank Math has an option to update it in the snippet editor:
