Upon checking, I see an error while trying to save a draft post:
Failed to load resource: the /wp-json/wp/v2/users/me?_locale=user:1 server responded with a status of 403 ()
Failed to load resource: the /wp-json/wp/v2/blocks?per_page=100&context=edit&_locale=user:1 server responded with a status of 503 ()
Those errors can happen by several reasons like not valid permissions in folders, incorrect .htaccess, or blocked by a firewall from the web host.

Please check with your web host as well to see if they are blocking anything.

You can see those error logs from your browser. The Browser Console will let you see the error while you try to save the Rank Math settings like the Focus Keyword:

In this case, you may need to coordinate with your web host for any file permission issues as my colleague suggested.
