Yes, this is is a known “issue”.
Currently, Rank Math only checks the alt tags on images that have been added via the post editor and the test will fail if the images have been added by a third-party page builder like Fusion Builder from Avada.
Rank Math is unable to detect the alt tags but this will not affect your SEO. We are working towards integration with page builders such as Fusion Builder that will resolve this error but we do not have a timeline on when this will be shipped.
We have added API access to the content analysis in the Rank Math plugin to make content from page builder plugins readable by Rank Math.
