Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the incorrect Schema markups on your product pages. To resolve this, you will need to delete the corrupted Schema entries from your database. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do this:
- Navigate to Your WordPress Dashboard: Go to Posts or Pages and find the affected product.
- Get the Post ID: Hover over the affected post or page, and note the number in the URL that appears at the bottom-left corner of your screen (between
?post=
and &action=edit
). This is your post ID.

- Log into Your Database: Access your database through cPanel → phpMyAdmin. You may need to contact your host for your database’s location and login details.

- Select Your Database: From the phpMyAdmin dashboard, select the affected database.

- Search for
postmeta
Table: Enter postmeta
in the search bar and click on it.

- Filter Rows: Set the Number of rows option to
500
, then enter your post ID followed by rank_math_schema
in the Filter rows bar.

- Delete Corrupted Schema: Once you find the corrupted Schema entries, click Delete on those that have empty values or lack an identifier.

- Return to WordPress: After deleting the corrupted Schema, go back to WordPress to add a new Schema to the product if necessary.
Please ensure you back up your database before making any changes, as this can prevent potential data loss.

Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
