Fix DNS

I’ve changed a lot of times Proxied and only DNS. I not believe we’ll solve a lot changing “randomly” these settings if you aren’t sure that works.

Seems that neither Bluehost staff know what to do exactly with DNS. Every staff say a different thing:

    DNS should point to them
    Proxy all
    DNS only all
    Talk with Cloudflare
    Some Poxy and DNS Only.

I’ve talked with them for 1 year on DNS…

In the last few hours I contacted the Cloudflare staff, but they say to try to see if it works by putting the proxy on some DNS. I already know that the attempt won’t help. I need fixes that work, not attempted fixes.

Through DNS Checker, I notice that the Cname is missing. Previously all Cnames were on Proxy, now they are on DNS Only, but the result is the same.

A year ago I migrated to another hosting and the problems started from there.

I have little faith in the Cloudflare community, as I have never been able to solve almost anything. Not to mention that they often don’t respond or stop doing so.

Would you be kind to help fix the DNS? I wouldn’t be surprised if their management was terrible!

  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve been experiencing with your DNS settings and the challenges you’ve faced with Cloudflare and Bluehost support. It sounds like a frustrating situation, and I understand your concerns about the attempted fixes not providing a resolution.

While I’d love to assist you with fixing the DNS, it’s important to note that DNS configurations can be quite specific to each website and hosting environment. However, I can guide you through some general steps to ensure that your DNS settings are correctly configured.

Firstly, it’s crucial to ensure that the DNS settings are correctly pointing to your hosting provider. This typically involves setting the A record and CNAME records to the appropriate values provided by your hosting provider. Additionally, if you’re using Cloudflare, it’s important to ensure that the DNS settings there are also correctly configured to point to your hosting provider.

If you’ve recently migrated to another hosting provider, it’s possible that some of the DNS settings might need to be updated to reflect the new environment.

If you’re comfortable with it, you can share more specific details about your DNS settings, such as the A records, CNAME records, and any other relevant details, and I can provide guidance based on that information.

If you’d like to proceed with this, please provide me with the relevant details, and we can work together to ensure that your DNS settings are correctly configured.

Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate your patience as we work through this issue together.
