The user that you have created for us has very limited access and we can’t access any option in your WP Dashboard.
However, currently the canonical is being added by Yoast and they are adding the main blog page URL as the canonical URL for the paginated pages. Our plugin adds the self-referencing canonical URL to the paginated pages. So the issue should be resolved once you switch to Rank Math.

I logged into your website’s admin area and tried to install Rank Math but it seems like you’re using a very old version of PHP (7.0.33) which is not supported by Rank Math. A notice regarding the same is also shown on your dashboard. You can have a look at the screenshots in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
The lowest PHP version supported by Rank Math is 7.2, we recommend using the most recent stable PHP version.
We feel that we can provide you with a solution to setup the canonicals for the paginated pages on the website.
Could you please update the PHP version so that we can install the plugin?

I installed Rank Math on your staging website and as the pagination on your website is not the default one, the default canonical was pointing to the first page.
However, I was able to implement the canonical filter that is giving the self-referencing canonical URL on the paginated pages. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Here’s the filter I applied after installing the Code Snippets plugin:

if(false === strpos($current_url, '/page/')) return $canonical;

Could you please check the website and see if the desired canonical is added?
P.S. As Yoast is also an SEO plugin that can result in conflicts, I’ve temporarily disabled it. I’ve also disabled the “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” option under Settings > Reading, as it applies noindex tags throughout the website and we do not add canonical URLs on noindex pages.

regardin the information we already have on Yoast, we can export that data to ranktmath so we don’t lose all the SEO elements we already have? (including no-index, etc?)
