Thank you for contacting Rank Math today and the awesome feedback.
You can achieve this by modifying the robots data on each of your post type. Setting a post type to noindex will remove it from the sitemap and ultimately prevent it from being indexed by search engines.
Please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta and click on any post type from the left tabs and modify the robots settings.
