The Title field of the Snippet Editor is used to set the SEO title of the page/post. By changing the SEO Title of the page, you will not notice any changes on the frontend of your website.
However, if you hover the mouse on the browser tab (in which the website is opened), then you will be able to see the SEO title.
I visited your website’s source and it seems that the SEO title is already updated as per the screenshot that you’ve shared.
