It seems I need explain my problem again, because nothing has changed after all these works (the problem is still there)!
First of all, as I said and you confirmed, I was using URL prefix property (even before opening this ticket) and as I see in my GSC, I have both domain property and URL prefix property and when I select one of them, there is data there, so I don’t think that anything is wrong there.
Then, my problems are these (as I mentioned before):
1. At my end even if after your works, I can’t fetch data at all (I didn’t have this problem before and I believe after some recent updates of Rank Math It happened). Now, when I delete data and then RUN data_fetch nothing happens and all of the data are still ZERO!
2. It seems that after your login and using your debug plugin, data are started appearing but the problem is: first, they are just for one week (it wasn’t like this before, I remember after every fetching that took something near 30 minutes I had all the data on dashboard). Second, when you uninstall your debug plugin, it seems that data fetching doesn’t work anymore (at least here at my end), because nothing happens in the next fetching and of course when I do it manually!
Again, I want to point out that: recently suddenly I CAN NOT fetching data at my end anymore, and it still there (It was the main reason of opening this ticket).

We can see a complete set of data in the domain property you added us to on Google Search Console, but the API is responding only with data for one week when using the URL prefix property.
If you want us to debug the connection fully please make sure that you provide access to the URL prefix property instead of the domain property to the email addresses shared previouslyly so we can check the issue and advise further.

I provided access to the URL prefix property for both of those email addresses (as a Full user), as you mentioned, for further checking.
I want to emphasize again that the other problem (the main one) is still there, I CAN NOT fetch data at all. If I “delete data” and “RUN data_fetch” nothing happens, all the data are still ZERO! It seems that only with your debug plugin some data (for just one week) appear. No one here helped me about it! Could you please help me what can I do about it and what is wrong?

We have found the issue on your website to be related to the server configuration and the timezone currently set on it.
If you check the date on your posts and WordPress you’ll see that the calendar seems to be incorrect and it’s showing the year as 1402:
Please make sure that you get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to verify the server settings so that the year is output correctly and the plugin can work normally.

That was the case, I told my hosting provider about the server configuration and the time zone, they fixed it, and my problem solved. Now, everything is OK and the data fetching is working great.
