I have tested your URLs with Facebook debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ and the opengraph images are added correctly on your posts. Have you tried a different image to test this? If not, please do and let us know if the issue persists.

In Twitter and Facebook at least, it works perfectly, the problem is on discord and on the website of a friend that uses rank math too he has the same problem aswell.

Since Discord does not provide a public document telling what is the meta you should use for it, I would recommend you asking the Discord support about what meta you should add in your page to display it as you want.
After that, you can let us know their words and we will help you to do the modifications.

Rank Math already adds the OpenGraph data to your posts and you can verify that as well.
You can share a link to a post with the issue and we would love to take a closer look for you.
