    Hi,

    We currently have an issue on thumbnails. The featured image is not showing as thumbnail when sharing the post to Facebook and other platforms.

    How can we fix this issue?

    We are getting this error when using Facebook Debugger:

    Warnings That Should Be Fixed
    Inferred Property
    The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
    Missing Properties
    The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id

    I just checked some of the post in Fb debugger and it appears to be deducting the og:image (https://i.rankmath.com/O0fGFs). Could you please share the affected URL so that we can look into it?

    I have also tried checking a lot of random posts and tours via Facebook Sharing Debugger and it is still showing the incorrect thumbnail. Please see screenshot below:

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
