Meanwhile, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

Once done, enable the Image SEO module in Rank Math > Dashboard.

Hello,
I tested the homepage of your website with Rank Math External SEO Analyzer, and it only shows one image with no alt text. A Whatsapp image icon at the footer of the page has no alt text. Please add the alt text manually to pass this test.
