Feature request: Canonical via post ID

    I think it would be a good improvement if, when setting the canonical URL for a post or page that this could be done by selecting a specific post or page within WordPress. This way it could be referenced by the canonical URL’s post_id value and any future changes to its slug would be accounted for robustly.
