We had discussed this before internally and decided not to add these settings in the plugin because it is not going to benefit the site. These settings can be easily managed using robots.txt and filters
Rank Math already has crawl settings where you can edit your robots.txt file or make something noindex with a few clicks.
This will ensure bots only visit the content that you want them to visit. Here is how to edit your robots.txt file and add rules to prevent Google and other bots from crawling specific URLs: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-edit-robots-txt-with-rank-math/
