Please note that the option to ping search engines was removed because that is no longer used by search engines so we decided to remove it from our plugin as well.
As for the question about submitting the sitemaps, we would recommend that you follow the steps here to correctly submit the sitemaps to Google: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
