Feature image are not shown when sharing post to whatsapp

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the feature images not displaying correctly when sharing your posts on WhatsApp. This can happen for a few reasons related to how Open Graph images are configured in Rank Math.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Check if you’ve added Facebook/Twitter sharing images: Ensure that you have set the correct sharing images through the Rank Math Meta Box. You can do this by going to the post editor and checking the Social tab in Rank Math.
   

2. Image Dimensions & Format: Make sure that the image you are using meets the recommended dimensions of 1200px X 630px and is in a supported format (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP). If the image dimensions are too small or too large, WhatsApp may not display it correctly.

3. Set Default Open Graph Image: You can set a default Open Graph image for your website by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Global → OpenGraph Thumbnail. Click on Add or Upload File to set your image and then save changes.
   

4. Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, make sure to clear the cache after making changes to your images or settings.

5. Use WhatsApp Debugger: You can also use the WhatsApp Debugger to scrape your URL again. This can help refresh the information WhatsApp has about your page.
