    I am experiencing an issue with my website’s favicon not displaying consistently across different devices and browsers. Sometimes the favicon appears as expected, while at other times, it is either missing or replaced by a generic browser icon.

    Here are the details of the issue:

    The favicon is properly uploaded in the website settings and visible in the source code.
    I have cleared browser caches and tried multiple devices and browsers, but the problem persists intermittently.
    I am using Rank Math and a popular WordPress theme, and the favicon was uploaded through the WordPress customizer.
    I have confirmed that the favicon file meets the required specifications (.ico format, appropriate dimensions, and file size).
    My website uses caching plugins, and I suspect there might be a conflict or issue with cache refresh.
    I would appreciate any insights or solutions to ensure the favicon displays consistently across all platforms. Thank you!

    We can see you’re currently using the Yoast SEO plugin on your website.

    However, please note that Rank Math has no control over how the favicon will appear on the SERP. The images on Google SERPs are not controlled via the Schema markup or any plugin, it mostly depends on the keyword search term and the website authority.

    You can check these Google guidelines on how to ensure that your favicon is set up to show on the search results page.
