We have related a stable version of the plugin and there is no beta available as of now. Please update Rank Math to the latest version, clear the case and then let us know if you continue to face this issue.
Moreover, some of the errors are related to the Themify theme as well so you might want to check with the theme provider too.
To fix this issue that is caused by the THemeify Updater plugin, please make the change to line 366 in
includes/class-helper.php file
from:
return ! apply_filters_ref_array( 'auto_update_plugin', [ true, [] ] )
to:
return ! apply_filters_ref_array( 'auto_update_plugin', [ true, '' ] )
That should fix the issue.

I have made the change you mentioned in line 365 it was not on line 366.
Now the Analyzer is working, however, when the plugin is updated next time, will this change stay in place or will it be overwritten by the new update? or are you going to make this change reflected in the Rank Math plugin’s next update?

You can try this beta update and see if it resolves your issue. To do that, you must enable the Beta update option by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates. If you don’t see an update available, please go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients. Then, clear your cache and check again.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is gone.
