I checked your website and noticed that the Rank Math plugin was outdated along with the several other plugins. Please make sure your theme, WordPress and all your plugins are updated. Once everything is updated you can check if the issue persists. Be sure to make a backup before attempting the updates.

I tried to update plugins but it show the same error when I update Woocommerce plugin.

The problem is not caused by the limitations imposed by your server administrator on the database that is preventing some actions from ActionScheduler to be created.
Since we include that plugin in our vendor directory you see the name of our plugin added in the error log but the error is not originating directly from Rank Math.
We recommend getting in touch with your hosting provider and asking them to increase the limits on the database so this error doesn’t appear any longer.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
