fatal error guide is not working

    Hi there, for a few days, I am in trouble with a fatal error in our website. And that’s only for the Rank Math SEO plugin. I can’t enter my website when this plugin is activated. I’ve followed the guide as you’ve provided in this link (https://rankmath.com/kb/fatal-error-after-1-0-49-update/). But it’s not working. The code of “Snippets Code” is not working perfectly. Also the zip file you’ve uploaded in GitHub is not working at all. Our website address is https://pinnaclear.co.uk/

    So please help us. Our website was totally broken, so the plugin is deactivated now. But we need this plugin activated.

    Can you try to do a fresh install of your Rank Math Pro plugin and see if the issue goes away? You may get your plugin files here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Note that re-installing Rank Math will not remove your settings data.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
