Fatal error caused by Rankmath (Error Message Wordpress)

    Dear all,
    I refer to a recent e-mail exchange with Bhanu Ahluwalia. Two days ago I received a mail form wordpress informing me the Rankmath must have caused a fatal error on my website. I copy the error message below. Before this message I faced some breakdowns of my backend due to a lack of memory capacitiy.

    After the warning mail from wordpress I deactivated and deleted Rankmath. Nevertheless I like your plugin and your service a lot. So I am asking you to check out the reason behind the error that occured.

    Bhanu asked me to forward you the login data for my site to run a quick check which I will do below.I hope you can solve the issue becuase I would like to continue working with Rankmath.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Unfortunately, it seems that the provided FTP credentials are incorrect. This is important for us to have in order to restore access if some of the changes don’t produce the desired effect.

    Could you please update the FTP credentials with the correct username and password combo?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    I was able to login into your website, install and activate Rank Math and I couldn’t see any error being thrown. I tested a couple of things, like creating posts, enabling and disabling some modules, changing settings and still the plugin ran normally.

    Do you remember anything specific you were doing when that error happening? Were you editing some page? If that’s the case, what page was that?
